SO there’s this ferry in the Philippines, and it’s upside down. And there’s like hundreds of dead people in it.

So they got some divers to go dive into this dark, capsized boat, swim around in it looking for survivors.

Which were none.

Now, I’m not saying that our jobs don’t suck from time to time, but I would just like you to picture putting on some scuba gear and knowingly swimming into a cramped toxic place with hundreds and hundreds of dead bodies floating around.

Really picture that. Waving your little underwater flashlight around. Bumping into them, pushing through them to go even further into the darkness.

Yikes.

Yikes.

Shiver, yikes.

From this last weekend. The red headed dude is Shaun White. And the really white things are my legs. Hopefully I’ll get some better pictures up soon. Lots of fun with a lot of really funny people!

They said the shorts we made will be online in a couple weeks! I’m trying to get a copy of the Science Channel promo I shot last week. I know you can see it like every half hour on the science channel, so look for it if you want.

Thursday, R. Kelly was acquitted and Tim Russert died. Yesterday Shaun White and I were hanging out in hot pants, and today I got beat out of a part by a 7 foot tall Croation guy. What oh what will tomorrow bring?

I watched the most beautiful hour of TV tonight, an episode of This American Life I Tivo’d. Try to find it if you can, the episode’s called John Smith. Anyways, this is what I made afterwards….

Pretty fun shoot Tuesday. The other guys on set were so so funny. I don’t have any pictures of the guy who plays the scientist, Bob, but Harvey is the guy in all of these with me. Oh, and once again, I was completely smitten with the wardrobe girl.

It was for Pepto Bismol. All I needed to to was burp. Twice. The girl next to me was to read her lines, turn to me, and I would burp.

I practiced out in the lobby. I burp all the time. Loudy, broad, echo-y belches reminiscent of bears. It’s kind of a thing I do around the house. Ask my roommate.

And then I go in and can’t make a little burp to save my life.

The girl and the casting assistant tried to mask it, but they were ashamed of me. I was, and am, and will be, so embarrassed. I am no man. I am no man.
