Made this my first year in LA, when I was naive and hopeful. I’m much more mature now; naive and hopeful and with decent representation.

Directed by Alex Beh, with him, Joe Nunez and me.  Also the lady who called the cops on us, saying there were two black guys robbing the gas station. And the cops who showed up with their guns drawn.

I am never shooting a “robbery” scene again. Cops always show up with their guns drawn.

Honestly I’m not sure what Fios is, but I memorized some very convincing facts about it.  The guy in the doggy door is named Mike and he’s the guy in all the post office ads. Sorry, ladies. He’s married.

Also, they did this whole thing with a dog that was supposed to attack him at the end. They had this crazy lady straight out of Best In Show feeding this dog 100 treats a minute trying to get him to jump on Mike’s face and growl. No such luck. He just kind of kept jumping up at the treats and wagging his tail, with Mike crammed uncomfortably into this tiny door for six hours. I just wandered around the whole time, blind. I really should buy some contacts.

Back in ‘03. I edited a documentary we made of ourselves. Kind of pompous of us, but you gotta have merch to sell. This is my favorite part. It kind of sums up most of tour for me… The quietness of the long road, the excitement of what’s next, and the comfort of Denny’s in the middle of nowhere.

I don’t know why these aren’t on here. Must have been deleted when I accidentally deleted this site. Oh well, good enough reason to post them again! This is part one from a trip where I flew to my parent’s place in Indiana and drove back from Upland, IN to Dublin, CA.

Visited Lincoln’s cabin for some reason.
